The nearest village is Blackawton, although Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes are also close by, providing easy access to a wealth of shopping and recreational facilitites.
Also within easy reach are lovely country walks and the beaches of the South Hams, which is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
